Leipzig: Our buildings on the Riemannstrasse and Dufourstrasse offer a classical "Altbau" experience in tastefully renovated apartments. Enjoy being in the heart of the classical "Musikquartal" in the cultural heart of Leipzig.

It is perfectly located being a short distance from the centre of Magdeburg as well as just 8 km from the new Intel Semiconductor factory, the largest direct investment project in Germany
Potsdam: The regional capital and UN World Heritage site. Our apartments in nearby Schwielowsee in a modern purpose-built multi-family house are well located near the beautiful Schwielowsee lake as well as near excellent transport links.
